To Make A Scrumptious Mug Cake For One:
1/3 cup of any Goldie's Keto Breakfast Mix (or 1 On-the-Go Keto Pot)
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 tbs oil
1 tsp protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp of something sweet (if you wish!)
Method:
Gently mix ingredients in a bowl to combine, place in a microwavable straight sided mug and microwave for approximately 90 seconds.
Add extra toppings then dig in!
Bliss Balls (14 large)
295g bag of breakfast mix
3/4 cup coconut cream
Method:
In a large bowl add breakfast mix and coconut cream, mix until fully combined. Add extra coconut cream if you need it, we often add 2 more Tbs.
Roll into balls - we make ours about the size of a golf ball, but you can do whatever you like!
One of Goldie's On-the-Go Keto Pots just happens to be approx 1/3 cup! What a coincidence!
The balls will last 1 week in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.
HOT TIP:We recommend adding extra sweetener or 2 tbs coconut sugar to the Chocolate Almond flavour if you have a sweet tooth as this flavour is less sweet.
