We've listed a few of our favourites below and look forward to seeing your own creations in our inbox, info@goldieswholefoods.com.
Porridge (1 serve)
In a bowl, mix 1/3 a cup of breakfast mix with 1/2 cup of hot water . Stir gently to combine, then leave to soak for a minute or two. Add a splash of extra cream or milk and toppings, then dig in!
Bircher (1 serve)
Similar to the recipe above, but with cold milk instead of hot water. In a bowl, mix 1/3 a cup of breakfast mix with 1/2 cup of cold milk . Stir gently to combine, then leave to soak for a minute or two. Add your favourite toppings, then give it a spoon!
Mug cake (1 serve)
In a bowl, mix 1/3 a cup of breakfast mix with 1/2 cup of coconut cream, 1 tbs oil, 1 tsp protein powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp of something sweet (if you wish). Stir gently to combine, then microwave for 90-120 seconds. Add extra toppings, then it's all yours!
*This recipe also works well baked in the oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes.
Bliss Balls (14 large)
In a large bowl add 1 bag of breakfast mix and 3/4 cup of coconut cream, mix until fully combined. Add extra coconut cream if you need it, we often add 2 more Tbs.
Roll into balls - we make ours about the size of a golf ball, but you can do whatever you like! Free ball it... so to speak.
*This recipe can be made single serve with 1/3 cup of mix & 2 tbs coconut cream.
**The balls will last 1 week in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.
HOT TIP: We recommend adding extra sweetener or 2 tbs coconut sugar to the Chocolate Almond flavour if you have a sweet tooth as this flavour is less sweet.
